Could not generate new address

    I registered, created Wallets, created Stores, Installed Plugin, specified Callback URL. When testing from admin panel, message is displayed – “Please add a store”.

    When trying pay for an order, an error is displayed:

    Could not generate new address (This may be a temporary error. Please try again)
    If this continues, please ask website administrator to do following:

    Login to WordPress admin panel, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Payment. Select Manage on “Blockonomics Bitcoin” and click Test Setup to diagnose the exact issue.
    Check blockonomics registered email address for error messages

    How to fix?

    Normally if you create a new wallet and reattach to the store this problem should go away. If the problem still persists please log a ticket on help.blockonomics.co with your registered email address and we can look at it on priority !

    I recreated wallet and reattach to the store… Nothing has changed

    Can you click on Test Setup as indicated in the error message and let us know what error you are getting

    Please check if the APIKey you set in WordPress Woocommerce > Settings is the same one you have currently in https://www.blockonomics.co/dashboard#/store

    Yes. I am copy/past from there. Install Query Monitor… There are no errors. I looked at the hosting logs, nothing either.

    The strange thing is that when press Test Setup, there is not a single call to HTTP API. How can this be? Does the plugin even work without BTC? I need payments in USDT

    I will not post my email on a public forum. As I understand, you charge 1% for tracking payment status and hiding my real wallet. Payment is immediately transferred to my wallet minus commission? Okay, I agree. But why doesn’t your solution work?

    Yes WordPress plugin only supports BTC for now. Development is in progress . USDT (ETH) should be supported in a month.

    I will reply to this ticket informing of the release when done.
