Yes, I understand your concerns about this, but I would like to be more clear on the same as it is all about the appearance and looks of theme that you are using on the site, which could be different according to the individual site’s needs. However, our product is completely open-coded and you can make changes to the requirements anytime. If you are good at CSS scripting skills, then such changes are easy for you to achieve. In addition, you can add your own custom CSS also to get your required layout and appearance.

I would like to give you some guidance on the ideal process for your reference:
Here in this case, you will need to add some additional custom CSS to that way. Kindly add the CSS on your site in the Additional CSS tab by following the below instructions and let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your kind patience and co-operation, sorry for the delay in replying you here.

Instead of going back and forth, please check by disabling all the installed plugins except Elementor and EHF. It could be a caching issue if it doesn’t fix the issue. For example, I observed that a plugin named mystickymenu is installed on your site.

Also, try removing any caching plugins on your site if they are installed. As it could also be caching from the server side. We had something similar on our demo site – our host was able to sort it out.

The best way to troubleshoot is to use your staging site. Kindly try above suggestions on your staging site first to make sure from your side too before making any changes to the live site to be safe.
