I visited the site and observed that you are still using the menu but I did not find sub-menu items under any of the menu items, see the screenshot for your reference:

Perhaps I am missing something here about this one, can you please set the required menu items? So that I can take a better look and can assist you by the proper way of suggestion/solution as well.

I would like to take a closer look if you can allow visiting the site as it is not possible for me to see the site’s front-end. It is getting redirected to this URL:

It seems you might have restricted it for the end users without login/registration.

Thank you for your kind patience, sorry for the delay in replying you here.

There’s a feature on the Elementor called Responsive that will make us be able to hide Section, Column OR Widget on a specific device.

Would you please go to the Elementor Header & Footer (EHF) then check the Navigation Menu widget or the column where the Navigation Menu widget exists and see if the Responsive feature. Just in case, you unintentionally hide it on tablet and mobile. Please have a look at this screenshot as a reference:
