  • Hi @zerogravity ,

Thank you for your kind patience and co-operation with this. Sorry for the delay in replying you here in this thread.

You should take a look at the settings of your theme as I am not aware about the exact theme that you are using on your site. Mainly it depends on the theme settings and then yes, it will overwrite the footer is you have enabled the one created by EHF.

    Thank you,
    Umar

    Hi @lbrn ,

Thank you for your kind patience and co-operation, sorry for the delay in replying you here.

There’s a feature on the Elementor called Responsive that will make us be able to hide Section, Column OR Widget on a specific device.

Would you please go to the Elementor Header & Footer (EHF) then check the Navigation Menu widget or the column where the Navigation Menu widget exists and see if the Responsive feature. Just in case, you unintentionally hide it on tablet and mobile. Please have a look at this screenshot as a reference:

    I hope this helps 🙂

    Thank you,
    Umar

    Hi @boabo ,

Thank you for your kind patience and co-operation with this. Sorry for the delay in replying you here in this thread.

Kindly make sure that you have configured the Display Rules correctly, as seen in this screenshot. So it will work as you expected on both desktop and mobile.

I hope that clarifies and clears any confusion you may have. Please let us know if you need further assistance OR if I am missing something.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi @kentkeep16

Thank you for your kind patience with this and sorry for the delay in replying you here in this thread.

Yes, I understand your concerns about this, but I would like to be more clear on the same as it is all about the appearance and looks of the theme that you are using on the site, which could be different according to the individual site’s needs. In addition, the site’s appearance on mobile devices and other small screens also mainly depends on the theme’s responsiveness first.

However, our product is completely open-coded and you can make changes to the requirements anytime. If you are good at CSS scripting skills, then such changes are easy for you to achieve. In addition, you can add your own custom CSS also to get your required layout and appearance.

I would like to give you some guidance on the ideal process for your reference
    :
Here in this case, you will need to add some additional custom CSS to that way. Kindly add the CSS on your site in the Additional CSS tab by following the below instructions and let me know how it goes.

Here is a detailed idea on how you can add the custom CSS code into your site easily:

Also, about the file(s), below tutorials can be helpful:

In your case, you just need to find-out the relevant CSS classes and then you can add your own styling/color accordingly.

    Hope this helps 🙂

    Umar

    Hi @uriahs-victor ,

Thank you for your kind patience and co-operation with this. Sorry for the delay in replying you here on this thread.

I am getting your concerns about the hooks and their use, but the site you have shared with us seems not having the ” Elementor Header & Footer Builder” plugin in their list. Did you contact them? If yes, what they have said?

    Kind Regards,
    Umar

    Hi @jqz ,

I am sorry to hear about the problem you have faced with our plugin.

I would love to take a closer look if I can assist you by the proper way of suggestion/solution from my side.

Anyway, since this is the place for review and not the place to discuss a query, would you mind starting a ticket and providing us with more details like the staging site’s access if possible? Or you might consider reaching out to us through our Support Portal.

    Kind regards,
    Umar

    Hello @gschiltz ,

Thank you for your kind patience and co-operation with this, sorry for the delay in replying you here on this thread.

I am getting your concerns here about using a combination and it would be good if anyone else will come in the thread and will share their own views. However, you can definitely try with the refund policy as you have mentioned as well.

Apart from that if you want to see reviews then you can have an idea about the actual words what people are saying for this product:

    Hope this helps 🙂

    Hi @pieroamanfredi ,

Thank you for your kind patience and sorry for the delay in replying you here on this thread.

    About your reported issue:
By looking at your query, it seems the conflicting issue is there probably. In this case, have you tested for any conflicts with the proper steps as explained below along with the basic troubleshooting?

Please see the instructions below for how to do this and take a look once again for your reference, check if you have missed anything in the process:
    https://wpastra.com/docs/troubleshooting-steps/#basic-troubleshooting-steps

Instead of going back and forth, I will suggest you to please troubleshoot things by activating the default WordPress theme and deactivating all the additional third-party plugins you have installed on the site, as explained above. Please make a full site backup (files+database) before making any changes.

NOTE: Always ensure you are running with the updated version on your site.

    Kind Regards.
    Umar

In your case, you just need to find-out the relevant CSS classes and then you can add your own styling/color accordingly. I will try from my side too if you can share the site’s URL where you have done such changes. So, that I can also take a better look and can assist you properly 🙂

I have checked the site once again in my mobile, but now the menu is appearing with the different priorities of submenu items. See this for your reference too:

I think some settings done from your side after creating this thread may be. Let me know if I am missing something here about your submenus.
