Same problem here. After updated to WP 3.5.2, Easy Fancy Box has stoped working. I wonder how we could fix this issue.

That helped me. I also had to remover line #10 of sponsor_gallery_render.php which was calling for and old jquery version.
Im still unable to upload logos for that plugin, but I think it could be a permission issue. Nothing related to Meta Slider.
Now Meta Slider works like a charm, brilliant plugin by the way.
