Thank you for the quick response. I deactivated that plug-in and installed the WP Knowledgebase that has you listed as one of the Authors. It does look different. It does not have an upgrade capability, so I guess I have the correct knowledgebase. I am still trying to figure out how to implement it effectively and will post, if I am running into frustration.
I could not figure out how to send an image in this post thread so I will send the image as an attachment to info@enigmaweb.com.au . I understand that you are in Australia, so I will try and watch for your reply later in the evening US-EDT.
WP Knowledgebase show an upgrade capability in the Plug-in in in my WordPress Portal. http://www.voiplogic.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=article&page=wp-knowledge-base.php I can also send an image of the this screen, if you wish to see the upgrade notice.
