This plugin has no pro version. Are you sure you’ve posted in the right plugin forum?
WP Knowledgebase show an upgrade capability in the Plug-in in in my WordPress Portal. http://www.voiplogic.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=article&page=wp-knowledge-base.php I can also send an image of the this screen, if you wish to see the upgrade notice.

Checked the screenshots and replied via email also.
These screenshots are definitely not my plugin. Must be some other plugin with same or similar name. If you go to your plugins dashboard you should be able to see the plugin listed and author noted. If you check it I’m sure you will see it’s not my plugin but a different one.
Thank you for the quick response. I deactivated that plug-in and installed the WP Knowledgebase that has you listed as one of the Authors. It does look different. It does not have an upgrade capability, so I guess I have the correct knowledgebase. I am still trying to figure out how to implement it effectively and will post, if I am running into frustration.
