BuddyPress replace the word “me” with the user name when is clicked.Let me know if it helps.

Social Articles just create post in the website main blog. So, you may need to use a plugin like that: https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-groups-extras/
With that plugin you can add a custom tab/page to your group and you can show whatever you need in that page (for example a bunch of posts in some category)Let me know if it helps,
