I check the capability “edit_posts”, so according with that: https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities, all roles except “suscribers” can post. If you want to change that, you can modify the plugin or modify the role capabilities using a plugin (like rol editor)

You can’t create tags from social articles. To use the tags you must create the tags from admin.
