Yes, I do have the paid one, but I have never yet managed to get a response from tech support via your website, hence resorting to posting on here.
For some reason the BUP complement wasn’t showing as needing upgraded, so that did the trick. Thank you.

It sounds like your set up is similar to mine. I offer 1 hour appointments with a half hour in between each. What I did was I set myself up with half hour breaks. i.e. my sessions are set up for the first appointment at 9.30, I then schedule a break from 10.30 to 11, then another from 12 to 12.30.. etc.
There is a ‘padding’ option when setting up services, which I thought would do this for me, but it did nothing so this was my workaround.
