Actually, that feature belongs to the paid version. Did you installed the latest premium version?

Yes, I do have the paid one, but I have never yet managed to get a response from tech support via your website, hence resorting to posting on here.
For some reason the BUP complement wasn’t showing as needing upgraded, so that did the trick. Thank you.
