Hi, to the best of our knowledge, WPtouch shouldn’t be affecting the redirects of a sub folder, but without understanding your unique hosting environment, it would be impossible for us to diagnose your specific issue. Sorry we’re unable to offer a clearer answer to your issue at this time. c.

There could be a number of reasons your homepage isn’t appearing in WPtouch, the most common reasons we see are that your desktop theme isn’t using traditional WordPress content to display information on the homepage, or makes use of Custom Fields, JavaScript, or other methods to display content. I hope that helps you diagnose your homepage. c.

You can create a simple mobile only homepage by creating a standard page in WordPress, and selecting that page as the landing page in WPtouch. c.

Hi, looking at your website, I’m curious if your homepage content is being generated from within traditional WordPress content, or is being added though templates or custom fields?

Currently Bauhaus only supports mobile devices. This was by design as most customers wanted to have their desktop site show on tablets, since they have enough screen area to show it properly. We have plans for one of the next updates to add tablet support for Bauhaus as well.
