It’s unfortunate that you’ve been experiencing difficulties with WP Super Cache and WPtouch / WPtouch Pro, as you can imagine we do our best to be compatible with as many hosting/caching solutions as possible but are unable to replicate the issues some users are reporting.
If you could please share as many details as you feel comfortable sharing on a public forum with regards to your site, it would help us diagnose and continue working towards solutions in these extreme cases. Thanks, c.
Alternatively, if you select the element you with the remove, you can add Custom Code to your settings panel and set the appropriate CSS to “display: none”. c.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Related PostsHi, the CSS file you’ve edited are for changing the visual appearance of the site only and shouldn’t have an affect on the Related Posts. If you could please share the URL of a page that is having the problem, we could take a look. c.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Related PostsHi,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. If possible, please share the URL of the website in question and we’ll take a look.
Also, you may want to check if one of the active plugins in WordPress is conflicting by deactivating them one at a time in the Plugins page in WordPress and see if you find a culprit. You can start with the plugins you suspect may be causing the issue, if you have a large number of active plugins. If that fails to work, please briefly activate a default theme like the 2014 or 2015 to check if the desktop theme is causing the issue/conflict.
Regards,
WPtouch Support

Hi Alex,
The post/page header area’s color can be customized using the color options in Theme Settings > Branding > Theme Colors.
If you’re trying to change another element, let us know what other element you are attempting to customize and we’ll provide further guidance.

Hi Ellen, if you could post your URL, perhaps somebody will be able to help? Thanks, c.
Hi GeDu, I understand that you’re saying it’s not working on your customized installation, but I’m confident that if you install our plugin on standard installation of WordPress, with the 2015 theme active, and no additional plugins, you’ll see that the Featured Slider is working precisely as expected. I’m clearly not familiar with your website, your plugins, theme, or the customizations that have been made to it, but I believe speaking to the developer who made those alterations is a better solution for you. c.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] WPTouch colorsHi @rdranson, thanks for your questions.
All of WPtouch’s colours can be controlled from changes to the basic CSS, either in the files, or from within our Custom Code editors.
We’re aware that some people have left negative feedback regarding our support, and like any company we’re sometimes at fault, and sometimes we’re not. We work hard to ensure all our customers are supported in the best way possible, our support team is available throughout the week to answer questions of our WPtouch Pro customers, and we believe strongly that we offer excellent support.
Without knowing the specific issues with your site, and understanding why your theme has altered how WordPress stores blog posts, I can’t really comment on why they’re not appearing on a specific page, c.
Hi GeDu, we marked the ticket as resolved because we tested the Featured Slider in WPtouch, or WPtouch Pro to ensure it returns posts as anticipated and it’s functioning as expected. Please be sure that you’ve setup the plugin correctly and selected Most Recent Posts from within your settings.
If there’s any scripts running on your site that are selecting, limited, or altering the results on your desktop site, you may need to migrate those scripts to WPtouch. c.
Hi Bram, the Featured Slider option for WPtouch allows you to customize the site to include the latest slides within the settings. Once active, they’ll appear on your mobile device. I hope that helps, c.
Hi Ellen, without knowing how the popups are created, it would be impossible for us to properly provide you with effective advice, but I would start by looking at the jQuery for the site, and ensuring that there are no conflicts on mobile. Thanks, c.
Hi, as with all WordPress plugins, WPtouch updates it’s plugin directory by removing the old and replacing it with a fresh copy of the plugin during the update process. Your .mo language files can be uploaded to the /lang/ directory of the WPtouch language directory. c.
Thanks for letting us know, and that you solved it. We’ll keep an eye out for future issues regarding the iOS 9 update. c.
