@lupin107 Could you please try to purge the cache and then Preload the urls again and check if your are able to login into WordPress admin?

Usually increasing the max_execution_time in php.ini file should fix the issue.

@arrowd I’ve checked this with our development team and this will be fixed in next release, until then you can rollback to 3.2.3 version.
@hifi2007 Have you performed a conflict test yet?
Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if you still messages in error log file.
If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.
Please let us know your findings.
