In reply to: [GD Rating System] Integration with Ultimate Member? Thanks Milan. I will keep an eye out for that particular update. Kindly post a reply here to alert me when you do.

You are obviously having permissions issue. I would recommend doing a theme and plugin conflict test before making any new theories as to why your UM site has broken down.
Also, check Admin panel (left side menu) > Ultimate Member > Settings > Access > Global Site Access. Select “Site accessible to Everyone”.
Did you check the permissions module in the Admin => Page => Users?
This maybe silly but did you check that in Admin panel => Settings => General, the membership box is ticked on (Anyone can register)?
“it doesn’t appear on the directory page until an admin loads the directory page.”
Where is that button you have to push for that?
Thanks VerySiberian. I completely forgot about that one. I downloaded version 1.5.3 last year but never got around to testing it as I completely forgot about it.
It should do exactly what the OP needs.
That’s not “continuous improvement” but whining over nothing. And you are not my “customer”. I tell it like it is and I don’t have to apologize to nobody. I have been posting on WordPress forums for a while now and I can spot a nit picker a mile away.
Maybe a CSS bug exclusive to you?
Mauro, your problem is linguistic not operational (e.g. Nginx or Unix?). Ultimate Member works for everybody. You are just not setting it up correctly.
I would be glad to send you all the related Pull Requests, or create that custom hook to functions that you need so that you can just copy and paste, but both, my time and this support forum does not allow it.
It’s crystal clear; your problem has nothing to be with UM.

Like I said, just create a new tab in account pages that links to your email program. Obviously, you have to know how to code this. Then, just tell your users that that’s how they should update their email addresses from now on IF they want to receive your email notifications in the first place.
Otherwise, it’s going to be years (if ever) before you see this new option in UM.
Check your DB under wp_options and see that your changes are actually taking place.
Whoever decides when or why WordPress needs to be updated should be removed from the project. If a free script has to undergo constantly so many changes (due to security fixes or otherwise) then it must be mediocre code.
