Hi Saeedsoltoon, I am pretty sure that your post is way over the heads of most support board users here at UM. First off. this is the support forum for Ultimate Member. the free plugin. Second, other than to ask you to hire the help of a developer, did you actually expect people to know what you are describing? For example, what is the definition of “My Service”? Your cellular phone?
Sorry if I wasn’t being clear. An excel sheet is something that most administrators need to transfer all the user data to a more robust administrative program (e.g. Filemaker Pro).
But, if this isn’t a hurdle then let’s analyze your request:
In a nutshell; you want a user to register once, then after some time, to fill out a new form fields again. You don’t want the extended form to have the same fields empty, correct?
The easiest solution would be to change the user role of the member to one that would allow new fields in his form to become visible. This means that your form will have to be a complex series of form fields with many privacy, visibility and possibly, conditional rules.
I hope this helps,
This would obviously require using multiple forms, but as soon as you have it all figured out (or maybe someone modifies the script for you), you are going to want to have UM export an Excel file with all your user data. And, that GeorgiaMarie would be your stumbling block.
BTW: If you installed UM Google reCaptcha extension (there are many recaptcha plugins), then that was the culprit. Please download the new version 1.03.

Did you check the dropdown menu in fields manager to see that Visibility is set to “View everywhere” and Privacy set to “Everyone”?
A user registers, after that they must confirm their email adres. After confirmation the admin receives an email to confirm the account.
Here is what I would do:
First, you can simply change the user role to require email activation. If the user has a valid email, he will confirm the registration. However, by default the user account is not active yet but pending admin review. You’ll get an email that will alert you to the fact that there is a new user that is updating his/her membership status on your site. You’ll review the user profile page and if you approve, you’ll simply click on the edit icon and activate his account.
The only thing that would really be different is that, even if the user doesn’t validate his registration, you will be alerted by email regardless.
Would this scheme work for you?
That can be done. I’m not sure an add-on is necessary, but it would require a bit of time and you know what that means. 🙂
Is what you want to send an email to whoever registers with the username and password while at the same time they have to wait until the admin approves the account?
The registration options in the user roles are very robust. I am just curious as to what you want to happen when someone registers.
Regards,
It’s hard to see what you did or are trying to do and confirm the issues you’re reporting, but if you place an anchor in the footer to force the user to go back to a registration form at the footer, then the url that you need to enter in the ‘Set Custom Redirect URL’ field would be either:
http://your-site.com/register/#footer
or just
/register/#footerI still don’t understand why you want users to go back to register again since it normally takes them to their profile page, or they could also be taken directly to edit their profiles first (i.e. edit mode) before they publish all their details in a profile page.
Can you post a screenshot of your login form where this image is?
Hello, This is the support board for the free Ultimate Member plugin only. Your post is really off topic.
If you want to install more plugins, do a search in the WordPress plugin directory where you could find what you’re looking for:

I tested to see if what you told me was the cause of the problem you had:
I switched Ultimate Member on to a blog post and selected “Content accessible to Logged In Users” and member roles to “admin” and then, I posted it to Facebook. The featured image was showing on Facebook and the text below as well. I clicked on the image with a different browser as a visitor and was taken to the homepage (because the UM permissions were for admin only).
As you can see, Ultimate Member had nothing to do with the problem you experienced.
I am glad your problem was somehow resolved all the same…

You can not test at the same time both user and admin accounts with the same browser without logging out one or the other…
I don´t know what the user role have to do with. I just know that now works my profile form with my code.
It’s you who said that editing user roles had something to do with it:
Ultimate Member > User Roles > Members ( Edit ) > Profile Access > Can view other member profiles
I gave you the code that would allow you to echo a shortcode in the first place, and I am telling you, it can not be used with one of the profile form shortcodes.
Maybe someone else help you add and modify that functions code for you to say that it is working. If so please show what you have.
Please post a screenshot of the issue at hand.
Thanks,
