You used a framework to build your site. All bets are off.
Hi @borisv, I’ve tried using the basic WordPress 2016 theme but it still has the same issue. I’ve also disabled all plugins except for Ultimate Member. The issue is still the same. Registration just doesn’t work.
JT, you said that:
I setup an UM site, and registration was working fine. Then I installed reCaptcha, and registration broke.
Clearly, something must have gotten corrupted inside your DB after you installed reCaptcha in combination with the Genesis framework, no?
If you could go back and do a server restore. you may want to track your steps back and reinstall Google reCaptcha without the theme you are using (or any combination of your active plugins).

BTW: If you installed UM Google reCaptcha extension (there are many recaptcha plugins), then that was the culprit. Please download the new version 1.03.

I hope this helps.

Okay, just downloaded the new version of UM Google reCaptcha. Unfortunately, something must have been corrupted in the db because it’s still not working.
