In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] [Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] top 5 ratingsThis is planned for a future version. If you need it before we get it in the plugin, you can send an email to the support email listed on the plugin setting page and we can talk about it.
This is a CSS issue and can be resolved by having a designer update the theme or overwrite the plugin’s CSS to match the theme better.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] [Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] If A Review Is Too LongThis is a good suggestion. I’ll have to think about how to incorporate it and maybe clean up the settings page to be a tabbed view so it is less cluttered with all of the new options. Thanks!
A custom field or plugin for that will not work with the review plugin because it does not use WP comments for reviews. We are planning to provide an option to show the average review though.
All good suggestions and this will be added to the wishlist. Thank you!
This is very odd and I haven’t seen an option not being saved before. If you email me (support email listed on plugin settings page), I can take a look at it.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] WP Customer ReviewsWe’ll add it as an option in a future release. If you email me your site information, I should be able to modify it quickly for you to the latest version on your site.
I’ll add it to the wishlist for a future version. Thanks!
Could you please email me a link to a sample page this is happening on. It’s possible there is a javascript error on the page/theme that is causing the click event on the button to do nothing. 90% of the time the cause is another plugin or script file causes a javascript error and the browser stops executing further javascript on the page at that point.
I did just release 2.4.5 but it should have no effect on your issue, but worth a shot.
Are you saying that simply by activating Simple Facebook Connect that it is causing the review button to show twice? If so, it’s a problem with that plugin. Our plugin uses the internal WP functions to output where it should go and has been tested with many other plugins without any issue.
This is the developer. The last answer seems correct. You shouldn’t be using shortcodes AND the “Enable WP Customer Reviews for this page” page option together — it will duplicate and that is the expected behavior for right now. I will look into the next version and see how difficult it would be to pretend the checkbox is unchecked if a shortcode is detected on the page — but that could also cause problems.
I’m not sure what you mean by the code being too long? If you are pasting it into a theme area, it should be a textarea that is not limited. We can’t really shorten the code without it turning into a cryptic mess that doesn’t make sense to people looking at it.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] [Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] Not working, at all? What issue are you having? Are you submitting reviews and receiving the email notification, but nothing is showing up in the Customer Reviews moderation area?
I just released 2.4.5 which should help if the above issue sounds like yours.
