Please make sure to check if you are using latest version of theme (1.1.7) and required plugins. Also, check if some images are missing on your Home page (in Sections – background images, Image element etc.). For more assistance please contact our support via Ticksy, since we are not able to provide support here for premium themes.

Regarding your comment, could you please confirm us have you approached to our support? Since, mentioned page layout is due to Section layout which can be changed in Bold Builder page editor.

All elements in Bold Builder have Custom CSS field where you can add certain class, or unique ID. Once you add it you can style it according to your needs using that class or ID. For detailed instructions read: documentation.bold-themes.com/bold-builder/creating-pages/#id-class

It seems that you are using one of our premium WordPress theme, since Bold Builder plugin does not provide widgets. Please contact our support here or use inspect tool to edit the website according to your needs.

In order to change responsive layout, please make sure to use the Custom CSS, edited according to your needs, for example:
