standrews: it’s simple..login to your c-panel -> Filemanager
–> pulbic_html –> wp-content
then select blogs.dir, click on File permission, change the value to 755
solved it.. I changed the permission of ‘upload’ folder inside wp-contents from 777 to 755. My hostzilla support person said Since the server has suPHP installed 777 will be blocked by Apacheand i
will need to check the folder permission and set it to 755.
Actually I noticed it first when i tried to update my logo.( I’m using Geneses framework)
