  • Yes I did. It required a manual verification by WooCommerce.

I have had the same problem for the past two days in trying to update my credit card for auto renewal. I am now expired. Have not received an answer to my contact with WooCommerce and it has been two days. Need help!

I have the identical problem, except I am trying to change my credit card for auto renew because the old card was compromised and I have a new number. But using the email link gives the same email verification message for the credit card tab as well as the same message on the addition menu items mentioned above. Started working on this problem two days ago. Sent contact form to WooCommerce and received an auto reply it was received, then I produced more details to be more helpful, but heard nothing so far. Chatted with GoDaddy that hosts WordPress and was assured WooCommerce would use the good card I had with them. But WooCommerce continuing to try to use the bad card and I can’t access the menu item to change it on WooCommerce. I need help and fast as I am now expired on WooCommerce.

I can now answer my own question. The problem is with MS Outlook presentation. At the top of the message (in the header) it allows the message to be opened in IE browser. When done, it appears with the proper spacing. The drawbacks are it is displaying the mht file (archive file stored on my computer). Getting another browser to display mht has its own issues. Furthermore, it appears that IE does not support all the features Email Designer allows, such as rounded corners and shadows. Once the browser is used to open the mht file, you can added the link to your Favorites. So, if I need to view the email contents later, I can use IE Favorites to easily get to it. Not a perfect solution, but I can live with it. Love the Email Designer, hated the WooCommerce default.
