    I’m trying to help a friend setup his WooCommerce site. We can’t get past
    “In order to access this section of your account please verify your email address.”

    He already verified his email address, but we keep getting the message above. We have tried logging out of both the WooCommerce and WordPress account, but that’s not working. When we click the “Resend Email Verification” link, we are directed to login at wordpress.com. When we login there, it takes us to https://wordpress.com/read.

    If we go back to woocommerce.com, we get the message above again when going to the Subscriptions or Support section. We’ve tried various combinations of logging out and back into his WordPress and WooCommerce accounts, closing and switching browsers, etc, but nothing is working.

    Unfortunately, I can’t submit this to support, because we get this message when going to the support section.

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    Hi there! Are they trying to get into their WordPress.com account? In that case, you can get in touch with support by emailing help@woocommerce.com. We can help out further from there.

    No, they are not. They have a wordpress.com account and it seems like that account is fine. They cannot get to sections of the woocommerce.com site, and instead get a “verify your email address” message.

    They emailed support a couple of days ago and got not response. Sadly, I think they will be requesting a refund and we will be going in a different direction.

    @themedia, given that the issue is account-related, we can only help with it in private, that’s why if your friend contacted us at the above email, they’ll eventually get a reply from us on the topic. We’ve had a few reports of what you described and were able to fix those situations.

    I have had the same problem for the past two days in trying to update my credit card for auto renewal. I am now expired. Have not received an answer to my contact with WooCommerce and it has been two days. Need help!

    Yes I did. It required a manual verification by WooCommerce.
