Thanks for the bug report, it’s fixed and committed for the next release.
As for the permalinks, I’m looking into it, and I think there’s a way to do it, but I need to read through a decent chunk of source code (since the documentation leaves a bit to be desired).

Thanks for the great feedback. I’m working on the display widgets, and the migration tool is an interesting idea…I’ll keep it in mind once the plugin is more developed. As for the search integration, there seem to be a couple of bugs with the way taxonomy search is handled (right now it displays drafts in a way that can’t be disabled). I’m looking into solutions though, and hopefully something solid will come up.
