ok now, the issue has recurred. I had selected OTHER SMTP and entered all credentials manually. That worked for 24/48 hours.
But today, despite Post SMTP saying the emails are delivered successfully, they are not. 5 order receipts and confirmation didn’t go out, and multiple tests didn’t go out, despite it saying “Sent Successfully”
So, now I’m at a loss. Can’t revert back to elastic mail as that already failed, no new update just yet for POST SMTP, hopefully it gets resolved or i’ll have to use another tool.

I have simply deselected “Elastic Mail” from the drop down and selected OTHER SMTP and entered all the credentials manually (api, port, url of server , etc). Tested and working and now a few orders came in without issues on the email delivery.
This is better now with the info manually entered incase the API between Elastic Mail and Post SMTP breaks again, the manual credentials are there.
I figured it out. On the configuration, I deselected “Elastic Mail” from the drop down, which I am using, but got the manual API and all credentials and then entered them all manually in the drop down selection “Other SMTP” or something like that, and its working now.
