But when remote debugging is also enabled the ads do not appear. Will there be any other issue in this mode?

So what should be the ideal settings.
Please help.

Hi, i found a way for it. Install another plugin DB-manager and there find the unused tables reported by wp-optimize and drop them. There are gone.

Any other options to enable in supercache or do you recommend try any other cache plugin?Also should the autominify options in cloudflare for JS, CSS and HTML be enable.
