But when css is disabled the ads appear. This problem was not present before. Any steps to take further.

Client-side device detection (Show) can not work without viewport CSS code.
The ads are then displayed regardless of viewport width.

Hi, thanks for the reply. But what i notice is when CSS is disabled in the debugging settings ads appear. When CSS is enabled there the ads are not visible on mobile.
So what should be the ideal settings.

Until you enable insertions nobody can check.
Are you sure remote debugging is enabled?

Hi when debugging for mobiles screen with CSS is disabled, the ads appear on mobile.
But when remote debugging is also enabled the ads do not appear. Will there be any other issue in this mode?
Or we can just keep using this way.

As explained, client-side device detection can not work without viewport CSS code.
The ads are then displayed regardless of viewport width.
Remote debugging only enables other people to check your settings and insertions via url parameters:
