In reply to: [Easy Forms for Mailchimp] EU GDPR FieldsLooks like I might be getting there, is there any way to style the Compliance Checkbox Consent Text as it is all capitalised and the line spacing is way off and distracting too, just to clean it up.
You can see it here:

In reply to: [Easy Forms for Mailchimp] EU GDPR FieldsOK Great, I will set this up and see how we get on, thanks a bunch for all your help on this. GDPR is so rife with complications.

In reply to: [Easy Forms for Mailchimp] EU GDPR FieldsOK I think I get you, as I am not using their embed form method for example but using your plugin API connection instead I could disable the GDPR requirement and get GDPR permission via using a group checkbox field instead, is that correct?

In reply to: [Easy Forms for Mailchimp] EU GDPR FieldsWhen you say hosted forms elsewhere what do you mean?
This form is presented on our website, people do get redirected to the form on the website from ads on facebook, google ads, etc. But the form is not shown anywhere else except our website unless they find the URL that shows the form direct on mailchimp.

In reply to: [Easy Forms for Mailchimp] EU GDPR FieldsHi Kevin
Unfortunately these methods will not work as after the form has been submitted without the GDPR requirements that they require not being available on the form mailchimp automatically assumes this person has opted out and adds opted out to their profile, not in and therefore does not send them emails from the list.
So I’m a bit lost again on how to implement this…
The biggest reason I have used your plugin is I want the redirect after the form has been submitted and I don’t know a way around it.

In reply to: [Easy Forms for Mailchimp] EU GDPR FieldsYes that is what we are looking for permission to contact them via other channels for example SMS text message or phone, etc.
It’s not about the form per se.
So I am open to suggestions, Thanks

In reply to: [Easy Forms for Mailchimp] EU GDPR FieldsWow Kevin, you provide super fast support, Thank you.
I am not sure what you mean with:
This should only be for hosted MailChimp forms. If you’re using our plugin and running subscriptions through the API, you do not need MailChimp’s GDPR fields. Are you seeing something to the contrary?I am using your plugin and it adds the subscribers from this page: XXXX Removed for privacy XXXX (where we have the form created from your plugin) and then adds the data collected to our mailchimp list.
You can see the fields on the mailchimp hosted form here: XXXX Removed for privacy XXXX
We just want to make sure we are compliant and we asked for additional information beyond email address so we would like people to tell us if we can contact them via other ways besides email.

Hi, I did try what you suggested and it made no change, as you said, but thought I would give it a go anyway. Will submit ticket as requested. Thank you
Hello, I have just updated to the latest patch/update to version: Version 1.4.3
But the: Enable PayPal Credit – Show the PayPal Credit button next to the Express Checkout button is still not available to check to activate it, was this fixed in this update?
Thank you
Yes, the settings are all set to the UK. You can view the setup here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7i7yeed83dqdrl1/woocommerce-general-settings.png?dl=0
I have changed them to another country, changed it back to UK again and saved each step… But it still does not allow me to select to enable paypal credit option. Purged all cache and still not an option.
I have installed the plugin update that was just released and updated all the details however Enable PayPal Credit – Show the PayPal Credit button next to the Express Checkout button can not be selected even though we are in the UK. Can you help resolve this please, is there another setting we are missing?

In reply to: [Messengerbot for WooCommerce] No checkboxI have this very same issue…
I have deleted the plugin and reinstalled the plugin and that has not fixed the issue. App is approved and public.
The plugin was working just fine when it was first setup but now I just see:
Contact OptionsReceive updates in Messenger
NO TICK BOX, etc.
Also in the settings it lists domains that should no longer be whitelisted, how do I get rid of these?
Thank you
