when you were customizing the theme, did you happen to edit the raw php files for the theme at all? if yes, which did you edit?

viewing this page i can see that the embed code appears to have been entered in WYSIWYG mode for that page. Please change to text when in the editor and replaced the embed code that you put there with the code previously provided

In reply to: Admin redirect loopif you think you may have a corruption you’ll need to do more than just the wp-admin folder
0. take a backup of your existing system
1. download the latest wordpress
2. unzip it locally on your computer
3. connect to your server using an ftp client, selecting option to see hidden files if available
4. delete from your server everything in wordpress’s install folder except wp-config.php and wp-content/
5. upload from the newly unzipped wordpress files all files and folders except wp-content/ (there will not be a wp-config.php in the newly unzip wordpress)

# ping api.wordpress.orgyou can always go to http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ and manually download/upload the themes of your choosing

with fishpig disabled if you can log in then you know where the culprit is

did this happen after doing the 4.1.1 update?
have you tried manually uploading all of the folders for 4.1.1 EXCEPT wp-content and the file wp-config.php?
