In reply to: [WSHK for WooCommerce] Hide view product button in Customer reviews shortcodeThanks for the video.
I have some CSS, I don’t think it might impact that part but to be sure I’ve deleted temporary all my CSS and I still get the problem.
I’m getting my reviews from the plugin Customer reviews for woocommerce, so I’ve desactivated it temporary to see if it’s changing something but it didn’t. I’ve then added comments from product page but when I’m getting back to the shortcode page, I still get only 5 stars.
The stars are well displayed on the product page (in any plugin / CSS configuration).
I can try to desactivate one by one my plugins maybe, any other idea ?
I’ve only desactivated and not deleted the plugin (to not lose everything). Thanks,
Benoit

In reply to: [WSHK for WooCommerce] Hide view product button in Customer reviews shortcodeHi,
It works just fine, thanks !
Btw I was wondering if it’s normal that the stars displayed on the right part of each review always shows 5 stars ? I made 2 reviews for testing purpose (3 and 5 stars) and in both review I see a 5 stars using the shortcode [woo_review_products].Thanks again !

Benoit

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce review special behaviorHi,
Thanks for your answer. I was just hoping to get lucky with other help but I guess it is a complicated topic I was addressing. I’ll see what I can do. I might simply hide every review on front end and only keep review info on backend. This topic might be easier to address.
Thanks again for your help !
Best,
Benoit
Hi Patrick,
Thanks for your answer.
It is not coming from the caching as I activated it.
I will try to deactivate my plugins one by one but it might take some time.
I will let you know in my next comment if it solved it.Thanks for your support,
Cheers,Benoit
Hi,
Thanks for your answer. I’ve tried the workaround and I’ve also tried with the new version 1.14.8 and it seems to work perfectly fine for me with several uploads too. I still don’t understand why my pdf files are stored as pdf.jpg in the forminator_temp folder but it doesn’t matter much as the permalink is correct.
Best,
BenoitHello,
Is there any news about this fix ?
I’ve uploaded the last version of forminator and when I’m adding a pdf file through the registering form, the permalink stays within the forminator_temp folder. And I’ve uploaded only one file. Moreover, the pdf files is saved in this folder as an image (.pdf.jpg) even though it is a pdf.Is there anything I should do to correct those behaviors ?
Thank you for your help,
Benoit
Thanks for your quick answer !
I was afraid to get this conclusion but it was the most logical.I’ll see to add custom code later in order to force the author to UserName even though I’m not yet used to code.
For now, I’m looking for a way to change at least manually the author after the registration.Kind regards,
Benoit
