It was as simple as reinstalling Wordfence.

Hi Brian,
hb I did contact my host(Godaddy). I have a Godaddy managed wp site. Here is what the support agent asked: Why does Wordfence write to wp-admin? Does it have to? If not, how can you stop it from doing so?

You can mention that you cannot write to wp-admin and wp-includes because they’re locked down for security reasons.

After installing Uptimerobot I found my dashboard no longer had Google Analytic information.
