Save Option Not working

    I am having a problem in not being able to save any changes In all areas of Wordfence. I looked through the posts and saw where you said to Disable config caching. I tried but couldn’t save to update that change. Also, on the Live Traffic section noting appears. On the advanced blocking there is no data.

    I appreciate in advance your help and for creating Wordfence…it’s great!

    Hi,

    That sounds like something is blocking AJAX in wp-admin. Check you JavaScript console for errors. You may want to check with your hosting provider and have them check the permissions on wp-admin.

    Hi Brian,
    hb I did contact my host(Godaddy). I have a Godaddy managed wp site. Here is what the support agent asked: Why does Wordfence write to wp-admin? Does it have to? If not, how can you stop it from doing so?

    You can mention that you cannot write to wp-admin and wp-includes because they’re locked down for security reasons.

    It was as simple as reinstalling Wordfence.
