This bug has not yet been fixed that is correct and because this is a confirmed bug by the developers and marked
high priority, I will go ahead mark this thread as solved based on the open bug.Please keep an eye on the open issue. You can also directly discuss any workaround under the same issue.

I recommend you try this with a default like the Storefront theme or Twenty Twenty-One theme with only WooCommerce active and see if the behavior is the same.
If you are unable to replicate the behavior, then you can restart activating plugins and testing as you activate them.

The error in the logs is not quite informative, but it looks like this is due to a conflict caused by another plugin.
As a next step, I recommend running a conflict test by following instructions in the link below:

The logs above does not seem to be related to the Facebook plugin (not 100% sure). Since you haven’t fully set up the FB sync yet, this error shouldn’t affect too much.
It looks like they are coming from a payment gateway.
As a next step, can you please check if any of the suggestions here (see link below) works for you?

Can you also confirm you do not see any fatal errors in logs to share?
