Problem Solved. I rolled back to the 2.1.37 of the Plugin and are working fine.

It’s okay, I solve the issue by moving the image outside of the Form.

Thanks for your Answer Kris.
I tried multiple devices and browsers but the issue persist.

But I notice something weird : the image appear only if I’m logged into WordPress

Problem Solved ! I had two related_products_manager plugin for Woocommerce.
I simply deleted one of them and the error was gone
