Hi, I have created a form with Forminator on my website. I added a HTML section and filled it with a JPG. It work perfectly with a computer screen but on mobile the image doesn’t show up !

Anyone has a solution for that trouble ?

I hope you are doing good today.

I checked your page URL on my desktop and mobile device and I can see this image. Could you check on another browser on your device or on another device?

Also, clear your device browser cache and see if this helps.

Thanks for your Answer Kris.
I tried multiple devices and browsers but the issue persist.

But I notice something weird : the image appear only if I’m logged into WordPress

It’s okay, I solve the issue by moving the image outside of the Form.

Thank you for the update.

Most of the time if we apply some CSS fix could help:

https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_image_responsive.asp

But including the image outside form using page builder could do it as well.
