Having the same problems, as are hundreds of people judging by the number of posts about this issue. I need some help too, none of the “work arounds” that have been posted are working for me. Lets hope someone replies at some point!
This is a serious problem with Woo Commerce and seems to have been continuing forever! When are they going to fix it? Customers need feedback! I have struggled with this for days now and cannot send the site live before I can fix it, I don’t want to lose customers. Anyone out there go any ideas at all?

That actually seemed to work, had to upload smaller images and not just use ones from the media library. Thank you so much!
