Hello @schanson,
From the log file I can see that you have changed database prefix from “wp_” to “wp1q_”. This is considered as migration case since the database needs to be refactored to be compatible with new environment.
Please setup website with “wp_” prefix to be able to restore with free version.

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] error activating cloud backupHello @rafaelzezao
Which version of BackupGuard are you running?
This was a bug that was fixed in previous versions of the plugin.Another issue could be that your server is outputting some warnings/errors during the connection to Dropbox. Could you please make sure that error displaying is disabled? After that, please try again and let me know the results.

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] 403 forbiddenHello @acteventsplanner
Generally such issues may be related to symlinks which are regulated by server configurations. We attempt to create a symlink for the backup archive, but in case it fails you won’t be able to download your backup using BackupGuard interface (GUI).
For resolving the issue, please make sure that your server configurations allow symlink creation. You can contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable that feature for you.

Unfortunately no, migration package is available only in PRO versions. In order to migrate your website you need one of the paid versions.
