@itsryan, do you really think it’s fair to give 1 start just for “Migration” keyword is mentioned in the plugin’s title? It’s clearly indicated in the description/feature-list that this feature is supported only in Pro version. Even when you click on the “Migrate” button in the Free version, you should have received an alert about that. We never wanted to make a confusion and force to pay for the Pro version. That’s not the way we run our marketing! It’s a product which even doesn’t contain Ads in Free version. Migration is mentioned in the plugin title to let customers/searchers know, that the product is responsible for migration too. Anyway, we don’t think this is something we deserved 1 star! We’d really appreciate if you could re-consider your review and feedback!

BackupGuard was unable to read and include those paths in your backup archive, that’s why you see a warning sign on your backup. Please check this and keep us posted about your results.

Have you checked if it’s due to conflicts with other plugins or not? @borgeolsen, which browser you’re running now? Could you please check this on different browsers to see if it’s a browser related issue or not?
@borgeolsen, which version of BackupGuard you’re running now? Might be you’re running outdated version and you should update it?

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] Can’t run any backup@agorahanan, did you notice what caused malfunctioning? Might be you have a conflicting plugin installed in your WordPress? To check this, simply disable your plugins, then re-enable them one by one to see which one causes this conflict.

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] database files@bhagens1, if you’re comfortable to perform manual backups each time, then there’s not problem with Free version. You can use BackupGuard Free to create full website backups (files + database).

In reply to: [JetBackup - Backup, Restore & Migrate] Fatal error@khliffz, the issue you’re experiencing usually happens when there’re conflicting plugins or theme. Usually these are non well developed plugins. To determine which plugin is causing malfunction please disable all the plugins and re-enable them one by one thus detecting the problematic plugin.
