1.Login to your personal dashboard here: https://backup-guard.com (your credentials were sent to you via email)
2.Navigate to “Products” section and download the Pro package
3.Follow the instructions to link your website
4.Login to WordPress and uninstall Free version from your dashboard
5.Install the downloaded Pro version of the plugin like described in the link: https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/doc/install-backupguard-pro
6.Login to BackupGuard plugin with the same credentialsForum: Plugins

This error massage could happen if only you attempt to migrate your website instead of simple restoration. Migration is not just restoration. All database is being refactored to be compatible to the new environment in case of migration. The migration feature is included only in Pro versions, that’s why such exception could happen when you attempt to migrate the website using Free version.
