Hi there, thanks for the response but its not working in any feilds.
Can you suggest anything else please?

Hi Phil, thanks for getting back to me. I tried what I though you meant but it didn’t work. I added the <a>inside the shortcode and added an id attribute;

[ut_service_icon_box color="#222222" hovercolor="#46ac1a" url="" <a>icon="fa-shopping-cart" id=”my_custom_id”</a> width="fourth" last="false"] Product 1[/ut_service_icon_box]

Not sure if this is programmatically allowed.
If you are not too busy I’d appreciate it if you could look over it and suggest something more specific if it’s not quite right.
