Vendor store name missing

HI FES, I have your extension installed with Stocky theme and EDD. I do not currently allow vendors to submit products. I purchased FES purely for the nice Vendor Bio. I would like vendors to be able to change their store name and banner image for their store. I have read the documentation on how to change the store name but I found the Store name feature missing from the vendor profile and vendor profile form. I also could not find an easy way for logged in vendors to upload a banner image. I followed wiki for this which suggested I create a custom profile field and add the meta key “cover_image” however this did not work.
I really feel that I’ve fundamentally misunderstood something that’s key here as Googling the issue returns nothing of help and all documentation is brief and seeming straightforward.
I would really appreciate some guidance. I am not a coder.
