This is not something that can be fixed, as our theme is custom made for a larger brand standard across multiple sites. Unfortunately, we will not be able to use the plugin because of this.

The previous thread was marked as resolved and (though still subscription) was an unrelated issue.

I am assuming your response means that there isn’t a way to prevent the plugin from drawing in their wordpress.com accounts and that each user much individually change their emails associated with their accounts?

The confirmation email is not necessarily the issue. The users have not been receiving the emails that they subscription is for.
