Hi,
Please change the Master Slider folder on wp-content/plugins, with FTP. Then login to admin page and download the last version of Master Slider.
If the problem persists, please let me know.

Thank you for choosing Master Slider.
I think the Resizable Layer is not enabled. To enable it, navigate to text layer you want on your Slide, and go to “Styles” tab and turn on Resizable Layer option.
Also, you set inline styles for the text. You have to set those styles(like h1 and font size) on Styles tab and use style editor to apply font size, color, etc.Please let me know the result.

I checked your slider on mobile and the arrows were not there.
To totally remove arrows from Master Slider -> Slider Controls, by clicking on the trash icon on “Arrows” button.If I could be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask.

You are able to delete arrows from Master Slider -> Slider Controls, or enable “Hide arrows when mouse leaves slider” on Arrows Control Options section, like the below screenshot:

Thank you for using Master Slider.
This issue may be a conflict with another plugin. So please deactivate all the plugins and activate them one by one. In this way, you can determine which plugin is conflicting.
If the problem persists, take a screenshot from the console browser of where you are editing the slider.
