Somewhere on your website an error occurs and the rest of website will not be loaded, which is included JS of Master Slider.
I guess there is a conflict between your plugins.
Please deactivate all the installed plugins (except Master Slider), then reactivate them one by one. After activating each plugin, check out and see if the issue persists.
In this way you are able to find which plugin was causing the problem.If the problem persists, you can select the default theme and check out again. It’s possible that your theme is causing an issue.
Please let me know the result.

You need to save slider ID as meta, then use it for loading slider.
Also, you are able to use the below code, but it is not necessary:
