You cannot customize them. These patterns are images, and you can change the image url with CSS.
Add the one of the patterns, inspect it and find the classname. Then on Slider custom style, write something like the below code:
.ms-pattern.ms-patt-9 { background-image: url (YourOwnImageURL) !important; }If you need any further assistance, please let me know.

Thank you for choosing Master Slider. I am glad you like it.
First of all, please go to Master Slider and choose your slider. Then go to Slider Controls, and see if there is Slide info on Used controls, remove it.
Then, if the problem persists, you are able to choose Thumblist/tabs and change the width and height.Let me know the result.

To do so, you need to purchase Master Slider Pro. On pro version, you can add overlay layers which will not change and always are there on the slider.

You need to increase the width of your website wrapper, which contains content and slider. Because now there is not enough space for your slider to be wider. Also, if you increase the height, the ratio of slider will be changed, because the width cannot be changed in this wrapper.
You can change your slider to a fullwidth one, but I guess the appearance will not be the best. Or, you can set a size for your slider (for example 500x900px) and it will be a vertical slider.

Please deactivate all the installed plugins and change your theme to the default theme. Then reactivate plugins one by one. After activating each plugin, check out and see if the issue persists.
