There is an issue with your theme. Your theme has this style:
max-width: 100%;and that overrides fill mode of your slider.To fix that, add the following code on Slider Settings -> Slider custom styles:
.master-slider img { max-width: none !important; }Please let me know the result.

I checked it out on mac – Google Chrome and it works fine on my system. We also tried it on Windows and we could not scroll. After checking out, we found out you are using a plugin named cherry-parallax. Please disable that and check it out again.

Those bullets are images so you cannot change the color of those images. But you can remove them and add
background-imageinstead of them. For example, you can try the below code:.ms-bullet { background-image: none !important; background-color: red !important; width: 10px !important; height: 10px !important; border-radius: 50% !important; }You can change the values to achieve your desired style.
About changing the navigation arrows, you can add custom skin. Here is a similar question:

Please deactivate all the installed plugins, then reactivate them one by one. After activating each plugin and check it out again.
If the problem persists, please reduce the number of slides and remove some of them.
