Some thumbnails do not appear

    I have some pages with Master Slider in them. In each case, not all of the thumbnails appear – others are just shown as a blue question mark. I cannot see any pattern to the ones that are not shown.

    Note that:
    – the thumbnails are all shown in Preview – it’s only on the live site that it’s not working as expected
    – WordPress and the theme (Shoreditch) are up to date, as is Master Slider
    – duplicating a slider gives exactly the same results (the same thumbnails are missing)

    Any suggestions please?

    Hi,

    Thank you for choosing Master Slider.

    If you have image optimization plugin, please deactivate it and check out again. Or if you are using jetpack, disable Photon add-on.

    Just turned off “Image Performance” in the JetPack dashboard (couldn’t see anything labelled “Photon” or any add-in manager) and everything seems to be as expected (including an apparently unrelated problem with header images!).
