I guess it caused by plugin function conflicts.
It would be great if you read this documentation and enable debugging mode on WordPress: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPressPlease activate Master Slider, then deactivate all the installed plugins except Master Slider. After that, check out and if the error exists, reactivate the plugins one by one to find the plugin that caused the problem.
If the problem persists, you can select the default theme and check out again. It’s possible that your theme is causing the issue.Looking forward to hearing from you.

Master Slider has two versions: Master Slider Free and Master Slider Pro.
masterslider-installable.zipis for pro version. If you want to use free version, you can use the plugin file that you have downloaded from wordpress.org, or in TGMPA ask to download and install the latest version.If you want to bundle Master Slider Pro, you need to purchase an extended license.
For bundling free version, there is no need to purchase a license.If you need any further information, please let me know.

Please add this style to slider custom style:
.ms-view, .ms-slide { perspective: none !important; -ms-perspective: none !important; }It is better to add a classname to the slider you want, then add that classname to the beginning of the code.
