I guess there is a conflict between your plugins. Please deactivate all the installed plugins except Master Slider, then reactivate them one by one. After activating each plugin, check out and see if the issue persists.
If the problem persists, you can select the default theme and check out again. It’s possible that your theme is causing an issue.

Your slider was ok. Is your issue solved?
If the problem persists, please try to deactivate all plugins on your website. If that resolved the issue, reactivate each plugin individually until finding the cause.
If it did not work either, try to switch to default WordPress theme or Phlox theme and check whether it works or not.Please let me know the result.

I think you made a mistake on your ticket. Our product is Master Slider. Not Magic Slider.
You can create dynamic sliders such as post slider, with Master Slider Pro.To create a slider similar to the link you sent, you need to add some custom styles.

That tooltip is combination of Hotspot Layer and Image Layer. It is not a ready to use and pre-made tool and it is not possible to create that for now.

It doesn’t matter how you provide the $id parameter to masterslider() function. You only need the make sure that it’s a integer value and actually refer to a slider ID.
You can test this by setting the $id value manually to one of the sliders ID values and see if it’s working. If it does, then what you are outputting with the the_field() function is either not a valid integer or not a slider ID.
