First of all thank you for choosing Master Slider,Please make sure on your theme there is nothing wrong with js, in the other hands use inspect element of your web browser to find out if your theme has js error report it to your theme supporter , please include your website link on next post,

Please download the latest version of master slider from here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/master-slider/
then login to your c panel or direct admin or any panel to mange your root of the site and follow this path wp-content\plugins then upload your downloaded file and extract it take back me the result.Sincerely yours

Thank you for choosing Master Slider,Images are not loaded perhaps other plugins has conflict with Master Slider. Could you please deactivate your plugins and active master slider then activate your plugins one by one So easily can be diagnosis the conflict. Master Slider has not any option called image class in free version instead of this you can do anything with your slider which providing all your demands, More info waiting for you at link below.

Thank for choosing Master Slider,Currently master slider doesn’t have any problem with latest version of WordPress, This problem occurred because of the following events:
1. Conflict with others plugin or theme
2. Failed updates lead to the problem or something else…

First of all thank you for choosing Master Slider, As own house web builder use inspect element of your browser for find which class need to be change. usually in boxed layout option it should be noted that wrapper of theme will effected on your slider, This css show overall format for different screen size.
