Yes It can.
You just need to add Slide Info from Slider Controls then set Slide Info inside slider and the position you would like. Then in Slide Info you can use Shortcodes.

For the responsive issue, You can put these codes in your slider Slider custom styles field from Slider Settings tab:

@media screen and (max-width: 750px) {

	.myslide .master-slider {
	  margin: 0 !important;
	}
	.myslide .ms-slide-info.ms-dir-v {
	    top: 0;
	    position: static;
	    width: auto !important;
	    padding: 0 20px;
	}

	.myslide .ms-info {
        margin-top: 20px;
    }
}

Note1: You need to give “myslide” Class name to your slider right above Slider custom styles box from Slider custom class name and style
Note2: You can give another Class name to your slider but you need to change this name in the above code instead of “myslide”.

For your another question, You have JS error in your page . First resolve this and then try check it again. I suggest you first deactivate all your plugins and activate them one by one .

Thank you for using Master Slider, Could you please switch your theme to default theme or other theme and use inspect element to figure out js error? in some case themes structure for loading js library cause issues. we will be grateful if you included your link that demonstrate problem, We would be happy to take look at there.

First of all thank you for choosing Master Slider, Well i have to say of course on pro version we have your desired option, for use this option on pro version first add new layer and select layer then choose misc tab clearly option about light box is accessible, Generally for use light box view on your WordPress site you need one light box plugin.
